Students
- Cancellations are free if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the lesson, the session is considered non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances and the request is approved by our support team.
- If your cancellation isn't submitted via the platform or confirmed in time, the instructor may still be entitled to full payment.
All cancellations must go through the platform to remain valid and to be eligible for any refund or dispute resolution.
- You can reschedule for free up to 48 hours before the lesson.
- If you attempt to reschedule less than 48 hours before, the session may be forfeited unless the instructor agrees to the new time.
- Your reschedule must be accepted and confirmed by the instructor before the original lesson start time otherwise, it’s considered a no show and may not be eligible for refund.
- Reschedule at no cost with the same instructor
- Let the funds sit securely, only to be used for rebooking with the same instructor
- Request a full refund by contacting support Refunds are not automatic; they must be requested. We monitor instructor cancellations to ensure quality.

Instruct Me is currently free to use for all instructors during our early launch phase. This includes access to student bookings, Stripe payouts, platform tools, and support.
We’ll be introducing a small monthly fee after your first 6 months, but we’ll give you plenty of notice before anything changes. Early adopters will always receive the best value and exclusive perks.
Your Instructor Fee will be released Two Working Days after your Lesson has been successfully completed, provided that you've complied with our Terms and there are no internal investigations or compliance checks in progress.
For your first payout only, funds will be released 7 calendar days after the Student's payment has been successfully processed—not the date of booking or the Lesson itself. This initial delay is required for account verification and fraud prevention.
If any payout date (including your first payout) falls on a weekend or an official bank holiday in England and Wales, your payout will be processed on the next available Working Day.
