Instructor Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy

1. Cancellation of Lessons by Instructor 1.1 Instructors are required to honour all confirmed lesson bookings accepted through the Platform. 1.2 Should an Instructor need to cancel a scheduled lesson, they must do so via the Platform interface with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the lesson start time. 1.3 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in adverse actions by Instruct Me, including but not limited to:

· Reduced visibility in learner search results,

· Temporary suspension from the Platform,

· Permanent account termination in the event of repeated breaches.

1.3a Instruct Me recognizes that exeptional circumstances (e.g. dangerous weather condition or medical emergencies) may occasionally require short notice cancelations. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and intructors are encouraged to notify learners and the platform as promptly as possible when such issues arise.

1.4 Instruct Me reserves the right to monitor and assess cancellation behaviour to maintain service reliability and protect the learner experience.

2. Student No-Show or Late Arrival

2.1 In the event a Student fails to attend a scheduled lesson, Instructors must allow a 15-minute grace period beyond the scheduled start time. 2.2 If the Student has not arrived or made contact after the grace period, the Instructor may report the session as a “No Show”, and the lesson shall be treated as fully delivered for payment purposes. 2.3 The Instructor must report no-shows via the designated in-app tool within 24 hours of the lesson’s scheduled time for the record to be processed.

3. Rescheduling of Lessons by Instructor

3.1 Instructors may request to reschedule a lesson by initiating a change via the Platform no later than 48 hours prior to the lesson time. 3.2 Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson may only proceed with express confirmation from the Student and Instructor via the Platform. 3.3 Repeated or uncoordinated rescheduling without valid justification may be subject to review by Instruct Me and could result in reduced profile ranking or other sanctions.

4. Refunds and Dispute Resolution

4.1 Instructors shall not issue refunds to Students independently or accept cash or alternative payments outside the Platform. 4.2 All refund-related requests must be directed to Instruct Me for adjudication via the

dispute process. 4.3 Instruct Me may, at its sole discretion, authorise full or partial refunds, credits, or lesson reschedules where circumstances warrant it (e.g., confirmed Instructor fault, technical booking errors, or safety concerns). 4.4 Refund decisions by Instruct Me are final and binding.
