How does Test Finder Pro work?

Once you’re purchased the product, your lessons and finished creating your account, our system searches for earlier test dates that match the Test centre closest to your pick up location. When a suitable slot becomes available, you’ll receive an alert so you can act quickly and book it.

When is the best time to find new test slots?

Mondays are typically the best day for new practical test slots to be released, so we strongly encourage you to stay especially alert at the start of the week.

What should I do when I receive an alert?

Act immediately. Test slots can be taken within minutes, so logging into the DVSA Portal and booking as soon as you receive a notification gives you the best chance of securing it.

Do I need to enable notifications?

Yes — it’s essential that you have notifications switched on for your Instruct Me App to ensure you don’t miss any opportunities.
