I would like to provide feedback about my instructor. He often shouts during lessons, which makes me hesitate and lose confidence while driving. Even a good driver would find it difficult to drive in this situation because he seems unhappy while giving instructions and that's making it difficult to learn properly. He also asked for my contact number to arrange lessons directly instead of booking through the company. I completed 3 lessons through the company and 4 lessons directly with him, each lesson lasting 2 hours. Overall, I am disappointed with the experience and feel the lessons were not helpful and were a waste of money. I kindly request that the company ensure professional, patient, and supportive instructors are assigned to all students so that everyone can learn in a safe and comfortable environment.
